The Sherwood Group offers a professional contract cleaning service to ensure employees are able to work in clean, fresh and hygienic environments.
Commercial cleaning is the core service upon which our company was founded in 1990. We provide a comprehensive range of cleaning solutions for every possible commercial environment from offices, to factories, retail outlets and public places. Flexibility is a key attribute which allows us to offer clients a customised service tailored to their individual requirements.
We can arrange for trained operatives to be available on a continuous basis, during or out-of-hours on a daily or less frequent basis. They are supervised by a site manager who will be responsible for performing regular inspections and collecting and other performance criteria which is analysed to ensure service standards are continuously monitored.
Our service package can include a combination of the following services:
General workplace - duties will typically include emptying bins, collecting and disposing of waste, dusting and wiping work surfaces
Floorcare - sweeping and polishing of hard floors; vacuuming and treatment of carpets
Windows -internal and external cleaning includes working at height, abseiling tall buildings and all work is carried out in compliance with latest health & safety regulations
Toilet/Washroom - as well as regular cleaning we can provide an attendant service which comprises the replacement of consumables such as linen, soaps, cleansers, and paper products. We can also provide installation and rental of electrical drying equipment
Office equipment - our operatives are trained in the specific techniques required to clean electronic office equipment such as VDU screens, computers, keyboards, telephone systems, printers and other hardware
Specialist cleaning - we are constantly developing our skillsbase to encompass specialist service such as marble/terazzo vitrification; complex cleaning solutions; window cladding; deep cleaning of kitchen extracts and ductwork.
